Weekday Climbing

With a lacking of employment these days - midweek climbing seems to be the desired alternative. A day on the main face in Glendo followed by a day in Dalkey. Glendo turned out to be a rather pleasent afternoon of routes on forest ledge, however a a silly choice of abseil, saw us abbing through a wet a slimy waterfall... hmmm.. we should have known better - 2 abseils are a necessity, it can't be done in one.

Thursday saw myself, Diarmuid and Domhnall heading out to Dalkey for a sunshine filled afternoon of playing on new routes. Domhnall worked and finally got a new line between Jameson Ten and Tom Tit, E2/3 6a, Tasmanian Devil it takes the true line up the middle.

The blackberries are in full flurish, I think it is time to go picking and make us some pies, yummy :)
